in 1998, Bern´s Enterprise created the Bern Foundation, a non-profit organization which aims to support Panama’s primary and secondary level schooling. As an active member of the Global Pact in the UN, the Bern Foundation built and operates two schools with more than 1,200 students from kindergarten to 9th grade: Instituto Bern Bautista Bilingüe and the Instituto Bern Bautista Bilingüe-Valle Dorado in la Chorrera.

The Panama International Hotel School is the latest initiative of The Bern Foundation and is providing quality education programs since 2008.
